Hi, I’m Patty.

Welcome…

to a journey of heart opening and conscious transformation.

As a passionate creative, sacred mentor and intuitive healer, I’m delighted to share and to help you learn a richer way of living devoted to grounding in your truth.

I remember it clearly. The smell and the excitement. I was around six years old, my grandma from New York came to visit my family in San Rafael, California. She arrived with the best surprise – this box of oil pastels for me (yep, I still have them).

To this day, choosing art supplies or facing a blank canvas in my studio, brings that exact feeling of anticipation, possibility and curiosity.

My path…

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Canada and settled near Vancouver, B.C. with my Canadian husband. We made the plan to stay for five years before returning to California. Two children and four dogs later: you guessed it, we’re still here!

I mostly live and work overlooking Ganges Inlet in our cottage home and studio on Salt Spring Island. Nature is an innate part of my life here. It inspires my work with its movement, rhythms, light, life cycles, reflections and incredible beauty.

…to A Sacred Life

When I’m not diverting our energetic young lab named Oski out of mischief you’ll see me enjoying my huge capacity for play and delight through creative expression. Essentially this means finding me feeding my senses in the oceanside garden, prepping a delicious meal, in the studio spattered in colorful paint, or meandering on a forest trail to bathe in that silence which is essential for my introverted sanity.

Those closest to me tell me I bring an easy laugh and lightheartedness to life and that they respect my depth of passion to spark a shift for women to live with more inner trust, courage and creative powers. I have this passion because I’ve had to learn all this myself.

Calling myself an artist was the start of this journey! Many hours of painting in my studio led to acceptance to a prestigious art residency at the Vermont Studio Center in 2015. Soon afterwards, gallery representation came along.

But something was missing. I was finding myself blocked and stuck around developing and owning my authentic expression. Old judgements, perfectionism and fears began to stifle me right when I was in the midst of having what I most wanted!

A healing journey began with the choice to unravel these limiting patterns. Through therapy, self reflection, women’s studies and commitment, I began to open up.  I had to heal co-dependent tendencies and learn how to set healthy boundaries. I began to heal the mother wound within me, the inner child and began meeting with other women who shared eerily similar journeys despite very different upbringings. These patterns were so universal!

I went toward the wildly unbridled creative world of intuitive process painting. Through this practice and facilitator training, I gently and bravely processed layers of what was constraining me. Play and joy came back while a passion for sacred ritual developed. I could more easily navigate the emotional ebbs and flows. Life was unfolding in amazing ways!

Around this time, I also discovered that I could tend my energetic body. This was life changing! I trained in Reiki, Pranic Healing, Energetic NLP and channeling. I now have an unshakable trust in my inner guidance. It’s not outside of us either. It’s within and waiting to be enjoyed.

I share my eclectic knowledge and experience with others now. It’s a joy to lead them toward trusting intuition, cultivating curiosity with an open heart and obeying the creative muse so that life can be lived with more grace, joy and compassion.

1:1 personal SESSIONS

The goal in this powerful series of sessions is to assist you in letting go what may be keeping you stuck whether that’s creatively or in life. We’ll begin with a series of discussions to gain some clarity and then I’ll support you with deeply listening to your inner guidance.

These sessions will include both process painting and energy clearing meditations. You don’t need to know how to paint as I’ll facilitate you in this along with how to trust the brush as well as to trust your inner guidance.

As a trained transformative energy healer, I bring in gentle clearings to activate your subtle energy systems to remove blocks and to stimulate your inherit ability to heal yourself. Energy clearing is used to reduce stress, promote well-being and open up to intuitive guidance. I’ll support you in ways to open up to this inherent energy so that you begin to lead all aspects of your life from there.

Welcoming you to connect with me to learn more!
